General Contest Rules

The Jim Pattison Broadcast Group and its subsidiaries reserve the right to change the following contest terms and conditions at any time.

Below is a basic outline of "contest terms and conditions" not subject to any specific event or contest the Jim Pattison Broadcast Group and its subsidiaries are involved with.

As a winner, I agree to the following conditions and acknowledge that if in any way the information given to JPBG is falsified and doesn't meet the following terms and conditions, I will not be eligible to redeem my prize.

The Jim Pattison Broadcast Group and its subsidiaries reserve the right to withhold any prizing at that time.  

 

  • I am 19 years of age or older  
  • I accept the prize as awarded and agree it is not redeemable for cash  
  • I fully discharge and release the sponsors of the contest/event  
  • I will allow the sponsors to use photographs, voice recordings, video recordings and direct quotes in any publicity related to this contest/event now and in the future  
  • I confirm that I have not won anything in the past 30 days and acknowledge that I will not be eligible to win anything from this station in the next 30 days.
  • I confirm that only one person in my household has entered any one contest.
