  • Highschool Basketball (VIDEO)
    UNBC basketball teams continued their Alberta tourneys yesterday. The men lost 74-69 to Medicine Hat. The women lost their first game to Grant McEwan 81-80. But won their second game easily, 79-35 over NAIT.

  • BC Cup Race Skiing(VIDEO)
    It was one of the busier weekends out at Prince George's cross country ski centre.

  • Pee Wee Final (VIDEO)
    There was also a hockey tournament in town this weekend.


  • Cougars V.S. Americans(VIDEO)
    The Cougars had to deal with one more weekend without Connolly and Vidensky.They hosted Tri-City in a pair of games.

  • Cariboo Cougars Win
    The Cariboo Cougars got some revenge against the Valley West Hawks, beating them this morning by a score of 5-1. The teams split the weekend series.

  • Cariboo Cougars Lose
    The Cariboo Cougars lost 4-1 to the Valley West Hawks. Both teams play once again today.

  • Spruce Kings Lose
    The Prince George Spruce Kings lost in overtime last night to the Penticton Vees by a score of 5-4.

  • Cougars Lose
    The Cougars were swept by the Tri-City Americans over the weekend, losing once again last night 5-2.

  • Freightliner Cougars' Tourney
    It's day two of the Pee Wee Freightliner Cougars tournament in Prince George. The local team managed a 1-1 record on the first day. They got by Williams Lake 7-4 and were at the wrong end of a 4-3 score against Kamloops. Dawson Creek is up next for the hosts this morning.
