New York Governor Eliot Spitzer, the guy with a wife who looks like she could pass for Jennifer Anniston's,  not much older than her, Mom,  is resigning because of another of those great American sex scandals.  Another very expensive encounter with a hooker.  "What was he thinking?"

"I thought I was renting a Ford Escort!" 

"I thought I was voting for Proposition 69!" 

"Ok you got me!"  "I thought I was being punk'd!"

We'll never know for sure what he was thinking.  We can only hope someone leaks the pictures!

Ok you have a news clip, audio editor and a little too much time on your hands and well you can see how tabloids were formed.
 
Pre-Paying for Gas! Print E-mail
Wow what a pot stirring this has caused!  Is pre paying for gas a big deal...No!  Does this law do any good?...No.   Was the time and money spent to implement this worth it?  Depends.  If it was designed to take our minds off rising gas prices for a bit, it worked.  If it was designed to distract us from the job and program cuts at CNC or twinning a perfectly good bridge while the Cameron Street bridge is still closed, then yes it worked.  It gave us lots to talk about.  But then I agree with those that said the gun registry money would have actually saved lives if it was used to buy MRI's for hospitals.  So what do I know!
