I don't know how I could have gone this long without knowing this fact, but I had no idea that aircare for vehicles was only a "lower mainland" thing, and that it's not required here in PG.

 This took me by surprise...

 We live in a city with air quality warnings, and even though bringing in mandatory aircare and inspections for cars would be a widely un-popular decision.... when you think about it, it might be a small price to pay to make the air a little cleaner for our kids, and their kids, etc.

Just some food for thought.

So as promised the day before, I went to Tim Horton's just before my shift, and picked up an extra large, 8 sugar, 9 cream.

 I'm having trouble remembering WHY I did this becuase I'm so wired with sugar right now, but it had something to do with asking my friend (who work's at tim's) who the biggest order of cream and sugar for a coffee was.. and that's how all this happened.

 On-Air, when I tried it, it was acvtually pretty good, just like a milkshake... a really, really, really sweet one.

 The first gulp was good, the seconds one, a little harder to take.. I was able to get halfway thru this drink before giving up and chucking it.. just too much in there for anyone to handle. Let's just say it's 2 hours after the fact, and ive got a warm stomach, and am still pretty wired.

Tonights Cougars game in Kamloops could be a nominee for most exciting game of the year, in my opinion.

 I was listening to the broadcast, and the first period was not that great, I'll admit, but the second picked up, and the third was
absolutely AMAZING!

You have to love games that give you so many emotions, like anger and frustration, a bit of disapointment when the Blazers scored two in a row to take back the lead, and then joy, and cheers as the Cats did not lose thier cool, and were able to come back for the big victory.

When they scored the first empty net goal to pretty much seal the deal for the W, I sighed with relief and was able to smile once again.

It feels pretty nice, considering we were able to give Kamloops their 10th straight loss, and now have a chance to give them their 11th. Should make for a great game tonight at the CN Centre.

Tonight also marks the 1000th broadcast for Ron St. Clair in the WHL. (as well as the last home game of the season)
